Judy O'Brien's
dynamic career spans the spectrum of disciplines that comprise today's
healthcare market. As a result, she brings to our clients a breadth

From a solid medical platform in nursing, she launched into key positions in sales,
marketing, and medical education, where she established a record of
noteworthy accomplishments, e.g., tripled sales from $20 million to $60
million at Triclinica, was awarded Wyeth's Golden Circle Award for 2
consecutive years, and successfully launched several products from the
pharma side and the agency side. A strategic powerhouse and effective problem solver, Judy meets any healthcare
challenge head on. Her diverse experience, focus on success, and
big-picture perspective make her a most valuable asset to both the
agency and the clients. Phyllis Enfanto's extensive career in healthcare gives her a focused
ability to develop and implement powerful content that integrates
marketing messages with scientific expertise. She works with ease
when liaising with the opinion leaders. Her clinical experiences as a
nurse allow her to pinpoint advantages and breakdown obstacles
resulting in medical education programs targeted at the appropriate
audience addressing their clinical concerns. EHC

healthcare marketing. Prior to starting EHC Communications, Phyllis was actively involved
in program planning, development, and implementation of a variety of
medical educational programs and projects from pre-launch to launch.

She has extensive experience in the dermatology marketplace. Her
other areas of expertise include women's health, obesity,
cardiovascular and asthma products. Phyllis received her Master of Science degree in critical care and
administration, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from
Boston
University in Boston, Massachusetts. She is a registered professional
nurse.
Phyllis has authored numerous articles, book chapters, and educational
programs, including serving as a co-editor of the Accutane Risk
Management Book. Dr. Russo has over
20 years of experience in healthcare, medical communications and
content development. His dynamic background makes him an ideal
candidate as medical director of EHC Communications. Most recently his
work is focused in the area of educational program development on
CD-ROM and Web sites. He is a member of the University of
Medicine and Dentistry of the New Jersey pharmacy continuing education
advisory board. Dr. Russo has written and edited more than 200
articles, symposia proceedings, monographs, and books. Previously, Dr.
Russo was a senior vice president of medical communications at
www.vicus.com, a complimentary and alternative medicine website. Prior
to that, he was chief-of-operations and director of continuing medical
education at Churchill Communications North America. Before entering
the field of medical communications, he was associate professor of
clinical pharmacy and adjunct associate professor of surgery at the
University of Utah. Dr. Russo received his
Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
He received his Master of Science degree in institutional pharmacy
practice at St. John's University College of Pharmacy
and Allied Health Professions and is a graduate of Rutgers with a BS degree in pharmacy. Bill has over 20 years experience in healthcare and corporate
advertising and medical communications. He has served as Art
Director and Creative Director with several major agencies and ran his
own design firm for more than 15 years. Bill's art direction communicates clients' visual and verbal
messages in an appropriate and innovative manner. His creative
concepts and executions work with headlines and copy to create
cohesive, high-impact visuals that strengthen and reinforce established
branding strategy. Bill's attentiveness to clients' needs and his
ability to supervise all aspects of creative output helps to ensure
successful outcomes. Bill is comfortable working in a broad range of media and formats,
from single-page announcement to full promotional or medical education
campaigns, including large-scale convention/meeting material, web site
design, journal advertisements, booklets, and other communications
vehicles.
His work in graphic design and art direction has received numerous
awards. An artist in his own right, his art work has often been
exhibited at galleries and in other venues. Adrienne Harkavy's broad-based experience in medical communications
over more than 25 years has spanned the spectrum of medical writing.
It includes developing, writing, and overseeing educational and
academic pieces, promotional campaigns, sales, sales training,
direct-to-consumer, audio/video, symposium proceedings and journal
supplements, and Web site content. She has also assisted in the
preparation of medical texts, including a textbook of
psychopharmacology and several on headache. She brings to EHC Communications a strong marketing orientation that
enables her to assess products' attributes in light of market
competitors and to focus on key benefit messages as communications
points. Her experience encompasses a wide range of product
categories. Much of her recent focus has been in diabetes,
women's health, and headache/chronic pain. Adrienne has served as copy director and creative director with
several medical communications companies and agencies and has played an
instrumental role in developing creative strategies for products and
launches of products that became market leaders in their individual
therapeutic categories.
Sally Cadman's extensive career in healthcare makes her an ideal
candidate to create powerful scientific content that delivers both the
clinical messages as well as the marketing messages. Her clinical
experiences as a nurse allow her to work with ease with opinion leaders
and nurses, and credibly discuss and identify the intricacies of the
product and its value in patient care. EHC Communications and its
clients benefit from her understanding and perspective of the clinical
environment gained from her years of experience. The result is focused
and highly scientific content targeted to appropriate audiences.
Prior to starting EHC Communications, Sally was a principal in her own
consulting company. She worked with biotech companies targeting
cardiovascular products. For over 7 years she worked with Genentech on
supporting Activase in the market place. She was involved in
collaborating with hospitals on establishing safe and effective
treatment protocols for patients with acute myocardial infarction. She
also developed quality improvement guidelines for myocardial infarction
patients that were nationally received. Sally worked extensively in
training the sales force of Genentech, and teaching and supporting them
in the clinical environment. Sally has over 20 years of nursing experience with a primary focus in
cardiovascular care. In particular, she worked in a major Boston medical center specializing in the care of patients with
cardiovascular emergencies. She has also worked for the Cardiovascular
Institute at Deaconess Hospital
as a research Coordinator of the TIMI 12 trial.
She received her BSN from Boston
College and her MS from Boston University. Sally is an experienced published nurse and speaker presenting her
original work at 4 National Teaching Institutes (AACN's National
Critical Care Symposium). She has 9 publications in major nursing
journals including Critical Care Nurse, Journal of Emergency Nursing
and Journal of Quality Improvement. Rob
Marshall is Director of Meetings Management and is responsible for
all meeting program deliverables. Prior to joining EHC
Communications, Mr. Marshall co-founded Medicor, the medical
education division of KPR (Kallir, Philips, Ross, Inc.), where he
managed all aspects of medical education program execution including
meetings, editorial, program management, and other operational staff
involved with program delivery. His
previous experience in the medical communications field includes
Vice President, Meeting Services at Churchill Communications where
he was responsible for overseeing major specialty meetings and
symposia, speaker programs and services, and peer-moderated
programs. Additionally, Mr. Marshall was co-founder and Managing
Director of The Faculty Group, a medical communications company
specializing in tactical programs. Prior to that, he served as
Director of Operations at Colleague Medical, a member of Reed
Elsevier Medical. Rob
holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from
Northeastern University and a master of professional studies degree
from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Prior to
joining the medical communications arena, Mr. Marshall spent more
than 10 years in the airline industry, in the areas of in-flight and
customer service, and he has traveled extensively throughout the
